FAQ

Questions we hear most.

General

Yes. Design, fabrication, and installation all sit under one roof, which is a deliberate choice — it means a concept that's approved on paper doesn't get diluted by a third-party contractor along the way.

Use the project inquiry form on our contact page with a short description of what you're planning, your rough timeline, and location. We reply within two business days with next steps or a call time.

Pricing

Every project is quoted individually after a scoping conversation. Set design and campaign work is priced against a fixed brief, schedule, and materials list; interior and garage projects are typically priced in phases (concept, procurement, build) so you can approve costs as the project develops rather than committing to a single number up front.

No — interior scope varies too much by square footage, finish level, and existing structure to quote honestly without a walkthrough. We'll give you a realistic budget range within a few days of an initial site visit or call.

Process

Set builds and campaign environments generally run 1 to 4 weeks from brief to strike, depending on scale. Full interior fit-outs typically run 4 to 9 months, and garage projects 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the scope of mechanical and electrical work involved.

Our studio and workshop are based in Al Quoz, Dubai, and the majority of our work is across Dubai and the wider UAE. We've taken on select projects elsewhere in the GCC for existing clients — get in touch and we'll let you know if it's a fit.

Set Design

For fashion shows, launch events, or campaign shoots, we recommend reaching out 6 to 8 weeks ahead of your date to allow for concept development and fabrication. We do take on tighter timelines when schedules allow — ask us directly.

Regularly. We often come in as the production and build partner on a treatment an agency has already developed with a client, translating the creative into a build plan, budget, and physical structure.

Interiors

Full-service by default. We handle material and furniture sourcing, contractor tendering, and on-site supervision as part of the interior design process, though we're happy to scope design-only engagements for clients who prefer to manage procurement themselves.

Yes — we regularly collaborate with an architect of record or a client's preferred contractor, stepping into the interior design and styling scope specifically.
